- 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional Crust / Flavor Additions:

- 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
- ½ tsp garlic powder or ginger powder
- Optional Serving Sauces:
- Soy sauce or ponzu
- Wasabi or sriracha mayo
