Ingredients
  

  • Shrimp & Seasoning:
  • 1 lb 450 g large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ –½ tsp cayenne optional
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning or Old Bay

Instructions
 

  • Pat shrimp completely dry.
  • Toss with oil and all spices.
  • Preheat air fryer 400 °F / 200 °C for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange in single layer; lightly spray tops.
  • Air-fry 5–8 minutes, shaking/flipping once.
  • Serve immediately with lemon squeeze.

Notes

  • Dry shrimp + single layer = maximum crisp
  • Done when C-shape and pink (120–130 °F internal)
  • Freeze raw seasoned up to 3 months
  • Naturally gluten-free & keto-friendly
  • Reheat at 400°F 2–3 minutes for perfect crunch
