- Egg wash · coarse sugar
- Powdered sugar + milk glaze
Cook apple filling → cool.
Cut puff into 8 squares → fill → seal → vent.
Egg wash + coarse sugar.
Bake 400 °F 20–25 min until deep golden.
Drizzle vanilla glaze → serve warm.
