Ingredients
Ribs:
2
racks baby back ribs
1
tsp
salt

tsp
black pepper
Dry Rub:
1
tbsp
brown sugar
1
tsp
paprika
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
½
tsp
chili powder
Sauce:
1½
cups
barbecue sauce
1
tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1
tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
Topping:
Extra barbecue sauce
Fresh parsley
optional
Instructions
Remove membrane and pat ribs dry.
Season ribs with salt and pepper.
Apply dry rub evenly over ribs.
Mix barbecue sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Arrange ribs in slow cooker.
Pour sauce over ribs.
Cook on low until tender.
Transfer to baking sheet and brush with extra sauce.
Broil briefly for caramelization.
Rest and serve.
Notes
Remove membrane for tenderness
Cook low for best results
Broil for a caramelized finish
