Ingredients
  

  • Filling:
  • 3 apples · brown sugar · cinnamon
  • Dough:
  • Flour · yeast · milk · egg · butter
  • Glaze:
  • Powdered sugar · milk · vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Cook apple filling → cool.
  • Make yeast dough → first rise.
  • Roll, fill, chop, shape rings → second rise.
  • Bake 375 °F 15–18 min.
  • Dip in vanilla glaze warm.

Notes

  • Cool filling = no leaks
  • Second rise = fluffy texture
  • Freeze shaped or baked for 3 months
  • Day 2 reheated = still incredible
