- Olive oil · salt · pepper · garlic · lemon zest
- Garlic-lemon butter
- Parmesan · toasted sliced almonds
425 °F oven.
Dry asparagus → toss with oil, seasonings, lemon zest.
Single layer on sheet → roast 12–15 min.
