Optional: dried thyme or rosemary
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Pat chicken dry and season well.
Arrange skin-side up on baking sheet.
Bake until crispy and cooked through.
Rest briefly and serve.
Notes
Dry skin = crispy skin
High heat is essential
Thighs are best at 175–185°F
Broil briefly for extra crispness
