melted

olive oil

dried thyme or rosemary

lemon
halved
Optional aromatics: garlic cloves

Instructions
Dry and season hens thoroughly.
Stuff with lemon and aromatics.
Roast uncovered until golden and cooked through.
Rest briefly, then serve with pan juices.
