Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium russet potatoes scrubbed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: grated Parmesan dried herbs, chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes into even wedges.
  • Season with oil and spices.
  • Bake at high heat, flipping once.
  • Serve hot and crispy.
