Cake:

about 3 bananas

buttermilk
Optional Frosting:

cream cheese
softened

unsalted butter
softened

powdered sugar

vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and bananas.
Combine with dry ingredients and buttermilk.
Bake until done and cool completely.
Frost if desired and serve.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best flavor
Do not overmix the batter
Cool before frosting
Store properly
