Ingredients
Crust:

vanilla wafer crumbs

melted

Cheesecake Filling:

cream cheese
softened

granulated sugar

ripe bananas
mashed

sour cream

Banana Pudding Topping:

3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix

cold milk

whipped topping
Cool Whip, thawed
Optional garnish: sliced bananas
vanilla wafers
Instructions
Bake vanilla wafer crust.
Mix banana cheesecake filling and bake.
Cool and chill completely.
Prepare pudding topping and spread on top.
Garnish and serve.
Notes
Chill overnight for the best texture
Do not overmix eggs
Add banana garnish last
Clean slices with a warm knife
