Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas frozen = best
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla · pinch salt
  • Ice (if fresh bananas

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
  • Blend high 45–60 sec until thick and creamy.
  • Adjust sweetness/thickness.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen bananas = milkshake texture
  • Peanut butter + salt = flavor pop
  • ~20–25 g protein as written

  • Vegan: coconut yogurt + plant milk
