- Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp
- Cornstarch + flour + club soda batter
- Sauce:
- ½ cup mayo · ¼ cup sweet chili
- Sriracha · honey · rice vinegar
Pat shrimp dry → light batter.
Fry 375 °F 2–3 min or air fry400 °F 8–10 min.
Whisk sauce → toss hot shrimp.
Garnish + serve immediately.
