Ingredients
Beef:

Sauce:

–4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

garlic

oregano

lime juice

apple cider vinegar

beef broth
Garnish:
Chopped cilantro
Diced onions
Lime wedges
Instructions
Season and optionally sear beef.
Prepare sauce and pour over beef in crock pot.
Cook until tender and shred.
Return to sauce and rest briefly.
Serve with desired toppings.
Notes
Cook low and slow for the best texture
Adjust spice level to taste
Store with sauce for moisture
