sliced thin

Vegetables:

red bell pepper
sliced

Seasoning:

chili powder

Tortillas:

small tortillas
Topping:
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Guacamole
Fresh cilantro
Lime wedges
Instructions
Slice beef thinly against the grain.
Season beef with oil and spices.
Heat pan until very hot.
Cook beef until browned and remove.
Cook peppers and onions until tender-crisp.
Return beef to pan and combine.
Cook briefly to heat through.
Warm tortillas until soft.
Let mixture rest briefly.
Serve with tortillas and toppings.
Notes
Slice against the grain
Use high heat for searing
Do not overcook beef
