Beef:

beef stew meat or sliced beef

Base:

small onion

garlic

Broth:

cups
beef broth

tbsp
soy sauce

tsp
sesame oil
Noodles:

oz
egg noodles or rice noodles
Vegetables:

cup
carrots
sliced

cup
bok choy or spinach
Topping:
Sliced green onions
Fresh cilantro
Chili oil

Instructions
Prepare and chop all ingredients.
Season the beef evenly.
Brown beef until well seared.
Cook onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
Add broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Simmer until beef becomes tender.
Add carrots and cook until slightly tender.
Add noodles and cook until done.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve hot with toppings.

Brown beef for flavor
