Ingredients
Dough:

all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

baking powder

salt

cold unsalted butter
cubed
½
cup
heavy cream

large egg
1
tsp
vanilla extract

cup
fresh or frozen blueberries
Optional Topping:

tbsp
coarse sugar
Extra cream for brushing
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients and cut in butter.
Add wet ingredients and mix gently.
Fold in blueberries and shape dough.
Cut into wedges and bake until golden.
Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Use cold butter for flakiness
Do not overmix the dough
Handle blueberries gently
Serve fresh for the best texture
