Ingredients
  

  • Filling:
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon
  • 1 cup diced potatoes cooked
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • Burrito:
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Topping:
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream
  • Avocado or guacamole
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Whisk and cook eggs until soft.
  • Prepare fillings and warm tortillas.
  • Assemble burritos with fillings and toppings.
  • Wrap tightly and optionally crisp in skillet.
  • Rest briefly and serve.
