Ingredients
  

  • For the Slaw:
  • 4 cups shredded broccoli stalks
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup toasted sunflower seeds
  • For the Dressing:
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • ½ tsp celery seed

Instructions
 

  • Shred broccoli stalks & carrots.
  • Soak onion 5 min; drain.
  • Toast seeds.
  • Shake dressing.
  • Toss slaw with ¾ dressing.
  • Chill 1–24 hrs.
  • Adjust dressing; serve.
