Sauce:

buffalo sauce

heavy cream

chicken broth

shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack

grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Add-ins & Toppings:

Ranch or blue cheese dressing drizzle
Chopped green onions or parsley
Instructions
Cook pasta and reserve water.
Sauté seasoned chicken.
Simmer buffalo sauce with broth and cream.
Melt in cheese.
Toss with pasta and chicken; serve.
Notes
Keep the heat medium-low with dairy
