Marinade:

soy sauce

Garnish:

Instructions
Slice beef thinly and prepare marinade.
Marinate beef for at least 30 minutes.
Cook in a hot pan in batches until caramelized.
Garnish and serve.
Notes
Slice the meat thinly for tenderness
Do not overcrowd the pan
Use high heat for caramelization
Marinate longer for a deeper flavor
