Base:

balls burrata cheese

cherry tomatoes
halved

olive oil

salt

black pepper
Dressing:

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
balsamic glaze
Topping:
Fresh basil leaves
Crusty bread or crostini
Instructions
Slice tomatoes and season with oil, salt, and pepper.
Let tomatoes marinate briefly.
Arrange tomatoes on serving plate.
Place burrata on top carefully.
Drizzle olive oil over dish.
Add balsamic glaze lightly.
Scatter basil leaves on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let rest briefly for flavors to meld.
Serve with bread.

Use ripe tomatoes
Serve at room temperature
Do not over-handle burrata
