Beef:

beef stew meat

Base:

chopped

garlic
minced
Seasoning:

chili powder

cumin

tsp
paprika

Gravy:

tbsp
all-purpose flour

cups
beef broth

can diced tomatoes
Topping:
Fresh cilantro
Lime wedges
Instructions
Prepare and dry beef cubes.
Season beef evenly.
Brown beef in batches.
Cook onion and garlic until soft.
Add spices and cook briefly.
Stir in flour to form base.
Add broth and tomatoes gradually.
Return beef and simmer until tender.
Adjust seasoning and thickness.
Serve with toppings.
