Best Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

- 12 oz pasta penne, rotini, or shells
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions
Cook pasta until al dente.
Cook seasoned chicken until golden.
Simmer cream, milk, and ranch seasoning.
Melt in cheese, then add chicken, bacon, and pasta.
Toss, adjust, and serve hot.
