Best Chicken Broccoli Pasta
Creamy chicken broccoli pasta made with tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and Parmesan sauce.

- 12 oz pasta penne, rotini, or fettuccine
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes lemon juice
Cook pasta and broccoli; reserve water.
Sear seasoned chicken and set aside.
Make garlic cream sauce.
Combine pasta, broccoli, and chicken.
Adjust seasoning and serve.
- Don’t overcook broccoli
- Add pasta water gradually
- Keep the sauce at a gentle simmer
- Best served immediately
