Hearty chicken burritos filled with seasoned chicken, rice, beans, and cheese.

- Chicken Filling:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie works well
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp salsa or tomato sauce
- Burritos:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1½ cups cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans or pinto beans drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- ½ cup salsa
- Optional toppings: sour cream avocado, lettuce, cilantro
Season and warm the chicken.
Warm tortillas.
Layer rice, beans, chicken, and cheese.
Add toppings and roll burritos.
Toast in skillet if desired.
