Ingredients
  

  • Chicken:
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pasta:
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Alfredo Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional Garnish:
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions.
  • Season and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  • Sauté garlic in butter and add heavy cream.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese to create Alfredo sauce.
  • Toss cooked pasta in the sauce and top with sliced chicken.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smooth sauce
Do not boil the cream sauce
Add pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick
Serve immediately for the best texture
