- For the Mix:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs + milk
- Egg Parmesan, parsley
- Garlic oregano
Soak crumbs in milk.
Mix gently with chicken + seasonings.
Shape 1½-tbsp balls.
Bake 400 °F 15–18 min or pan-fry.
Optional simmer in sauce.
Serve hot.
