Ingredients
  

  • Chips:
  • 8 corn tortillas cut into triangles
  • Oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Sauce:
  • 2 cups salsa
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Base:
  • 2 eggs
  • Topping:
  • Queso fresco
  • Mexican crema
  • Red onion
  • Cilantro
  • Avocado
  • Lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Fry tortillas into chips.
  • Heat sauce and add chips.
  • Cook briefly and add eggs if desired.
  • Top with cheese, crema, and garnishes.
  • Serve immediately.
