Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups long-grain white rice basmati or jasmine
  • 4 cups water or low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil or olive oil
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Rinse rice until water runs clear.
  • Cook with water and salt until tender.
  • Rest covered, then fluff.
  • Toss with oil, lime, and cilantro.
  • Taste, adjust, and serve.
