- For the Pudding:
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 1½ cups milk
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 3 –4 tbsp maple
- Vanilla salt
Whisk milk, cocoa, maple, vanilla.
Sprinkle in chia while stirring.
Rest 5 min; whisk again.
Portion into jars.
Chill 4+ hours.
Top and serve cold.
