Ingredients
  

  • For the Pudding:
  • cup chia seeds
  • cups milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 3 –4 tbsp maple
  • Vanilla salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk milk, cocoa, maple, vanilla.
  • Sprinkle in chia while stirring.
  • Rest 5 min; whisk again.
  • Portion into jars.
  • Chill 4+ hours.
  • Top and serve cold.

Notes

  • Whisk twice early = no clumps.
  • Stores 5 days in fridge.
  • Vegan + GF naturally.
  • Thicker: ½ cup chia.
  • 4 small jars = perfect.
