Best Chocolate Lava Cake

- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs + 2 yolks
- 6 tbsp flour
450 °F oven → butter + cocoa ramekins.
Melt chocolate + butter.
Whisk in sugar, eggs, vanilla → fold flour.
Fill ramekins → bake 12–14 min (jiggly center).
Rest 1 min → invert → serve with ice cream.
- High heat + exact time = perfect lava
- Make batter ahead → fridge 48 hrs
- Freeze-filled ramekins → bake +4 min
