Ingredients
  

  • Dough:

  • cups warm water about 105°F / 40°C
  • tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • tsp salt
  • For Shaping:
  • Extra flour for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Activate yeast and mix wet dough.
  • Let rise until bubbly and doubled.
  • Stretch and fold, then rise again.
  • Shape gently and rest.
  • Bake hot until golden and hollow-sounding.
