Best Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Soft cinnamon coffee cake with a rich swirl and crumb topping.

- Cake Batter:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon Swirl:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Streusel Topping:
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
Prepare streusel and batter.
Layer batter with cinnamon swirl.
Top with streusel.
Bake until golden and set.
Cool and slice.
