- Sticky Rice:
- 2 cups Thai glutinous rice
- 1½ cups coconut milk
- ⅓ cup sugar · ¾ tsp salt
- Coconut Sauce:
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sugar · ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp rice flour
- Serve With:
- Ripe mangoes
- Toasted sesame or mung beans
Soak glutinous rice 4–8 hrs.
Steam 25–30 min until tender.
Warm 1½ cups coconut milk + sugar + salt → pour over hot rice → rest 20 min.
Make sauce: thicken ½ cup coconut milk + sugar + salt + rice flour.
Serve warm rice with mango + sauce + crunch.
