Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or whole wheat
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder or dried herbs
  • Olive oil for cooking
