Best Cranberry Relish
Fresh cranberry relish made with cranberries, orange, and sugar—bright and tangy.

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 large orange peeled and roughly chopped (remove seeds)
- ¾ –1 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
- Optional additions: ¼ tsp ground cinnamon pinch of salt, chopped pecans, grated ginger
Rinse cranberries and chop orange.
Pulse fruit until finely chopped.
Stir in sugar and optional flavorings.
Chill until flavors meld.
Stir and serve chilled.
