Ingredients
Polenta:

polenta
coarse cornmeal

water or broth

butter

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Bring liquid to a boil and add polenta slowly.
Cook while stirring until thick and creamy.
Stir in butter and cheese.
Adjust consistency and serve warm.
Notes
Add polenta gradually to avoid lumps
Stir frequently for a smooth texture
Adjust the thickness with liquid
