Ingredients
  

  • Polenta:
  • 1 cup polenta coarse cornmeal
  • 4 cups water or broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Bring liquid to a boil and add polenta slowly.
  • Cook while stirring until thick and creamy.
  • Stir in butter and cheese.
  • Adjust consistency and serve warm.

Notes

Add polenta gradually to avoid lumps
Stir frequently for a smooth texture
Adjust the thickness with liquid
Serve immediately
