Tender slow-cooked pulled chicken made effortlessly in the crockpot.

- 2½ lb 1.1 kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Optional: 1 cup barbecue sauce for BBQ pulled chicken
Place chicken and seasonings in crockpot.
Add broth and cook until tender.
Shred chicken and add sauce if desired.
Serve hot or store for later.
