Best Crockpot Pulled Pork
Slow-cooked pulled pork made tender and flavorful in the crockpot.

- 3½ –4 lb pork shoulder pork butt, boneless or bone-in
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Optional: 1 cup barbecue sauce for BBQ pulled pork
Season pork evenly and sear if desired.
Add pork and broth to crockpot.
Slow cook until fork-tender.
Shred and add sauce if using.
Serve hot.
- Use pork shoulder for the best texture
- LOW heat gives the juiciest results
- Add sauce after shredding
