Ingredients

elbow macaroni, shells, or rotini

large eggs
hard-boiled, peeled, and chopped

mayonnaise

apple cider vinegar or pickle juice

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook and cool pasta.
Chop eggs; mash some yolks.
Whisk dressing ingredients.
Toss pasta with dressing.
Fold in eggs and vegetables.
Chill, garnish, and serve.
