Ingredients
  

  • Batter:
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • For the Pan:
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Powdered sugar
  • Fresh berries
  • Maple syrup
  • Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven and heat a skillet inside.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt to make batter.
  • Melt butter in the hot skillet and pour in the batter.
  • Bake until puffed and golden.
  • Add toppings and serve warm.

Notes

Preheat the skillet for the best rise
Do not open the oven during baking
Serve immediately for the best texture
Dust with powdered sugar before serving
