- For the Base Icing:
- 2 cups 240 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp 40 g light corn syrup
- 2 –3 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp fine sea salt
- Gel food coloring
Whisk sifted sugar + corn syrup + 2 tbsp milk + vanilla + salt until glossy.
Adjust with milk or sugar for flooding (8–10 sec ribbon).
Reserve ¼ cup; thicken with sugar for piping outlines.
Color with gel; transfer to bottles/bags.
Pipe outline, flood inside, add sprinkles.
Air-dry 4–6 hours until hard to touch.
