Ingredients
  

  • Steak:
  • pounds flank steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Marinade:
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Tacos:
  • 12 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Toppings:
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup salsa
  • Lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Mix marinade ingredients and coat the flank steak.
  • Cook steak on grill or grill pan until desired doneness.
  • Let steak rest before slicing thinly against the grain.
  • Warm tortillas and fill with sliced steak.
  • Add toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Slice the steak against the grain for tenderness
Do not overcook flank steak
Warm tortillas before assembling tacos
