Ingredients
Steak:

flank steak

Marinade:

lime juice

garlic

ground cumin

Tacos:

small corn or flour tortillas
Toppings:

cup
diced onion
½
cup
chopped cilantro

cup
shredded lettuce

cup
salsa
Lime wedges
Instructions
Mix marinade ingredients and coat the flank steak.
Cook steak on grill or grill pan until desired doneness.
Let steak rest before slicing thinly against the grain.
Warm tortillas and fill with sliced steak.
Add toppings and serve immediately.

Slice the steak against the grain for tenderness
