Ingredients
  

  • Steak Bites:
  • lbs sirloin 1–1½-inch cubes
  • 1 tsp salt · ½ tsp pepper · ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Garlic Butter:
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme/rosemary
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • Flaky salt

Instructions
 

  • Pat steak dry → season.
  • Heat skillet ripping hot → sear cubes 2 min/side (med-rare). Remove.
  • Lower heat → melt butter → add garlic + herbs 45 sec.
  • Return steak → toss 30 sec in butter.
  • Finish with parsley + flaky salt → serve immediately.

Notes

  • Dry steak + hot pan = perfect crust
  • Pull at 130 °F → perfect medium-rare
  • Freezes raw or cooked 3 months
  • Cajun or mushroom-cream variations = elite
  • Double butter if you want extra sauce for dipping
