- Steak Bites:
- 1½ lbs sirloin 1–1½-inch cubes
- 1 tsp salt · ½ tsp pepper · ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Garlic Butter:
- 5 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme/rosemary
- 2 tbsp parsley
- Flaky salt
Pat steak dry → season.
Heat skillet ripping hot → sear cubes 2 min/side (med-rare). Remove.
Lower heat → melt butter → add garlic + herbs 45 sec.
Return steak → toss 30 sec in butter.
Finish with parsley + flaky salt → serve immediately.
