Best Ginger Shots

Fresh ginger shots made with lemon and natural sweetener.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh ginger root peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 –2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Optional add-ins: turmeric black pepper, orange juice, cayenne

Instructions
 

  • Blend ginger with water.
  • Strain thoroughly.
  • Stir in lemon and sweetener.
  • Chill and serve in small shots.

Notes

  • Start with small servings
  • Adjust sweetness to taste
  • Shake before drinking
  • Store refrigerated
