plus extra for rolling

molasses

Instructions
Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in molasses and egg.
Add dry ingredients to form dough.
Roll in sugar and bake.
Cool and enjoy.
Notes
Do not overbake
Use mild molasses
Cool the pan briefly
Bake longer for crisp cookies
