- For the Base:
- 2¼ tsp yeast
- ¼ cup warm water
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2½ cups flour
- ½ cup melted butter
- For the Topping:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter
Bloom yeast in water.
Mix base dough; knead 3 min.
Press into 9×13; rise 1 hr.
Beat topping until smooth.
Pour over dough.
Bake 350 °F 30–35 min.
Cool 2 hrs; dust with sugar.
