Chewy homemade granola bars made with oats, nut butter, and honey.

- 2½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil or unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Toast oats (optional).
Heat nut butter, honey, and oil until smooth.
Stir in oats and mix-ins.
Press firmly into pan.
Chill, slice, and serve.
