Best Ground Beef Casserole
Hearty baked casserole with ground beef, pasta, sauce, and cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups cooked pasta rotini, penne or sliced potatoes
- 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce (or 2 cups tomato sauce)
- 1 cup sour cream or ricotta
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional add-ins: bell peppers mushrooms, corn, spinach
Brown beef with onion and garlic.
Stir in sauce, seasoning, and pasta.
Transfer to baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake until bubbly.
Rest briefly and serve.
- Drain the beef well
- Cook pasta al dente
- Let it rest before slicing
